About to spend real money and can't find a straight answer? Send the product and what you need to know about it. Requests are queued by how useful the test would be to everyone, not by who asked first.

Units are welcome. What comes with them is not: no copy approval, no score preview, no embargo on the verdict. Every supplied unit is disclosed on screen and in writing. If those terms work, get in touch.

If a measurement or a claim in a review is wrong, we want to know, and we'd rather hear it from you than leave it standing. Corrections are published with a date on the review itself and credited.

Short test clips, behind-the-bench posts and the fastest way to get a quick question answered. Messages here are usually answered sooner than email.

Sponsorship
Sponsored segments are possible and always labelled — but a sponsor is never the product under review in the same video, and sponsorship buys airtime, never a score.
Email businessResponse times
Email is read daily and answered within a few working days. Facebook messages are usually faster. If a request goes unanswered it's a queue problem, not a snub — a follow-up is fine.
